Printshop 23.1 quit

Status: offline 		After Windows 10 last upgrade Printshop 23.1 does not work anymore. Windows 10 after the upgrade told me reinstall the program, I tried but I can't install Printshop 23.1 again because I can only use the "key" once. So how do I reinstall Printshop again? I have the program disc.
The windows version is 2004 O.S. build 19041.572
