online graphics - 4/6/2008 4:29:58 PM    debgram   Posts: 2 Joined: 2/20/2006 Status: offline I can't access the online content. I did what the troubleshooting said to do, I even shut down my firewall and still nothing. I'm using Printmaster 17 platinum Attachment (1) Post #: 1

For some reason the firewall I had with with internet security suite was blocking something, and I couldn't figure it out, I did everything listed to allow the content, it must have been some other kind of setting. I was able to the last time I used the program (Printmaster 17 Platinum) but not today. I wonder if it is a result of a recent indows Vista download. My internet experience has otherwise not changed as far as I can tell. I have put the site 216.10.111.228 in as a trusted site on my firewall. I can't just uninstall my integrated protection (Kaspersky) for obvious reasons. Turning it off doesn't actually make any difference. Any other suggestions? Thanks. (in reply to debgram) Post #: 4

And, you will want to make special note of Post #6, which says, "From time to time, the Broderbund server will go offline. When that happens, it will not be possible to access any online content.
