I have designed one Avery label, and now want the exact same label in two additional sizes - anyone know how to do this short of starting from scratch? thank you!

From existing label project A, select all and copy.
Open new label project B, paste. Resize and reposition if necessary.
Open new label project C, paste. Resize and reposition if necessary.

thank you! That was so obvious it didn't occur to me. That method did not carry over all the original design elements, such as the background color, but it saved a lot of steps. thanks again.
