Hi again giznchich, As a test I opened a Print Shop 3.0.5 project, then printed that project - without any difficulty. Then, I closed Print Shop 3.0.5, opened a different Print Shop 3.0.5 project, then printed that project successfully. Then, I repeated that process 3 more times. So, if you are not able to print successfully after you update your printer driver, your only option, I'm afraid, would be to click on the link below http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=24071 then follow the directions in that FAQ for contacting Technical Support. Please do keep in mind that questions which are submitted to Technical Support are ALWAYS answered in the order they are received. However, since Technical Support often experiences a backlog, you might not receive an answer for several days. Please DO NOT submit a 2nd or 3rd question - because this only increases the backlog.
