Before we can help you , I'd like to know if your copy of Print Shop is up to date. Please check here to see what version you have. http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/kb.aspx?kb_id=1527&product_id=2827 Then post back here. If you are using an outdated copy , proceed with the steps on the link I've given and try your project again. If your program is already up to date and you are still having these issues also please post back here and someone would be more then happy to assist you :)
