printmaster v18.1 - 6/23/2014 9:40:09 AM    encore forums   Posts: 1 Joined: 6/23/2014 Status: offline I have just bought the above version of printmaster to use on windows 7, having had printmaster gold 16 in the past. It has all loaded correctly, but when I click on the icon the printmaster start screen comes up then across it I get a message saying printmaster has stopped working, then a screen comes up saying a problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I have uninstalled printmaster 3 times and reinstalled it but every time I get the same message. Can any one help? Post #: 1

If/When Net Framework is corrupt, absolutely nothing will happen when you try to start the program. Can any one help? When PrintMaster is uninstalled in the normal manner, not all components are uninstalled.
