Version 3.0 will continually crash without the update patch. Do you remember installing the patch? If you did install the patch, then the problem may be a corrupt installation. If you had your anti-virus program running while downloading your purchase, the download could very well have been corrupted. If you had your anti-virus program running while installing the program, whether from a download or a disk, that can also corrupt the program. Temporarily disabling anti-virus while installing a program is a general rule, to prevent the anti-virus program from blocking critical files during the installation. This is true for installing any program, not just Print Shop. If you need the patch, post back. Someone here will find out where the download is. I thought it was available on the technical support page, but I don't see it.
