update to the Launchpad - 2/10/2007 9:43:32 AM    phipps45   Posts: 2 Joined: 2/10/2007 Status: offline I have tried to install Hoyle Card Games twice, and all I get when I click the icon is the launchpad that tries to get me to go on the web and "buy" more games. RE: update to the Launchpad - 2/10/2007 6:51:56 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Hi phipps45, You may not be doing anything wrong: This is what Encore has posted on the Knowledgebase about the Launchpad: Currently there is a problem with the update to the Launchpad. Please uninstall the Launchpad and reinstall it. When you get the pop up which says, "There is a newer version of this program available on the web. Would you like to update now?" select 'NO'. This will complete the launchpad installation and allow you to install the rest of the program. ******************** If you would like to install the program itself - without the launchpad - do the following: * Put the Hoyle Casino 2007 Install disc in the drive * Go to 'My computer' * Right click on the drive where you inserted the Hoyle Casino 2007 Install disc * Select 'Open' * Double click on 'Setup.exe' This will install the product.
