Hi lisaannp,

The problem you described is a known problem, for which there is no solution - YET. The fix for this problem will be included in the 3.0.5 update for Print Shop 3.0, which has been repeatedly delayed - for technical reasons.

I never installed the previous update patch, so my results may be different than yours. When I opened a landscape project, I could save it as JPG and it was fine, i.e. not cut off.

So if you can save your project as a high res JPG, that may provide you with a workable substitute for the PDF.

UPDATE: I have just discovered that, after the 3.0.5 patch is released, Landscape projects which are saved with the Save button will no longer be saved in Portrait orientation. However, the 3.0.5 patch does not fix the problem with the 'Save as PDF' option. So, when Landscape projects are saved to PDF, those projects will still be saved in Portrait orientation, even after the 3.0.5 patch is released.
