Printmast 18 and .dbf files - 12/17/2014 10:21:23 AM    cathieinva   Posts: 1 Joined: 12/15/2014 Status: offline I am trying to import a .dbf file for my address book in PM18. it's just not accepting .dbf files...AM I REALLY GOING TO HAVE TO RETYPE THIS WHOLE DATABASE OF ADDRESSES................ Was it created in an earlier version of PrintMaster? If so, perhaps this post will help: http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=20095 Alternatively, open the file in the program it was created in. Export as .txt or .csv - these file formats can be imported into most Address Books, including PrintMaster 18. (in reply to cathieinva) Post #: 2

If you do not have access to the old version of the program OR they do not have an option to export as TXT or CSV AND you have access to Microsoft Excel you can use that program to import the .dbf file and then export to those other formats, too...
