how do I transfer Birthdays and events from one year to another after doing the 2014 calendar with out having to type it all over again in each year after that thank you

WHY IS IT i CAN FIT 5 NAMES OF PEOPLE IN SOME DAY CELL THAT DON'T HAVE HOLIDAYS IN THEM, BUT SOME I CAN ONLY FIT 3 NAMES IN WITH NO HOLIDAY IN DAY CELL

You would not transfer birthdays and events from year to year. They are managed with the Repeat rules. The calendars are continuous.

I'm not sure why you can fit a given number of names in a cell. There could be variables with fonts, and with lengths of names. Also, in cell properties, you'll want to look in the Miscellaneous tab and try checking and unchecking the "Fit event cell size to description" to see if that changes it, and which setting you prefer.
