Program crashes when I click print - 1/1/2013 6:02:45 PM    robinvrn   Posts: 1 Joined: 1/1/2013 Status: offline I have the newest version of The Print Shop 3.0 and no updates are recommended. However, when I click print the program closes down. I have contacted support without any response. Seems this software has a lot of issues. It is not my printer because I can print Rast layers from other software and my printer works fine. It is something within the software. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same issue. Any suggestions. I am running windows Vista 34 bit Post #: 1

I am running windows Vista 34 bit Even though the min requirements list Win XP and Vista, I could never get the program to work until I got Win 7. The program closed when I tried to print, but this was fixed when I updated to version 3.0.5. So if your version is older than 3.0.5, updating is essential to remedy the print problem. As suggested, you may want a refund since PS3.0 is more of a Win7 program. For Vista, I recommend PS 23. (in reply to robinvrn) Post #: 3
