Failed to Create Picture - 6/24/2018 4:06:20 PM    nonnox15 Posts: 70 Joined: 6/14/2012 Status: offline I have OS Windows 10. I have PM 18 When trying to open Art Gallery some PM photos give a message "Failed To Create Picture." Not All. In Photographs, Photo Fun, Religious are the ones I know. Most of the items in the gallery will open. Is it possible to open these. I went to the support and followed the procedure listed there. I also turned off my Windows Defender but that was no help. I prefer the functionality of PM 18 Guess I'll have to do without the pictures that won't be accessed. (in reply to JasonC) Post #: 3
