Print shop closes when trying to print or to save as a PDF, HTML or JPEG. Also closes when trying to print to PDF using a third party print to PDF app.
The version of PS is 3.0.6.0 and I am running W7-64. The error info given is:
Problem signature:

Problem Signature 03: 4eca70c1
Problem Signature 04: PresentationFramework
Problem Signature 05: 4.0.0.0
Problem Signature 06: 51eea94f

Compatibility mode has been tried. Drivers are updated and no other apps have a problem with printing or saving.

.NET is 4.0 and W7 is fully patched.
any help would be appreciated.

This is a user-to-user forum to discuss how to use the program features, such as how to add address book info to a label project. We generally don't know how to solve technical issues.

For crashes and error messages, please submit a technical support ticket here:

It's my impression that this program requires Net 3.0 / 3.5

Print Shop 3.5 requires .NET 4.0
