Mixing versions of Printmaster - 12/31/2014 4:00:58 AM    jinky   Posts: 35 Joined: 11/15/2009 Status: offline I have Printmaster Platinum 16 and have now bought Printmaster 18.1 Do I have to remove the old version first or can I just load the newer DVD version and use both, and does the newer version do all the things the 16 did and hopefully more. RE: Mixing versions of Printmaster - 12/31/2014 9:35:11 AM    ellengard Posts: 3253 Joined: 10/2/2006 Status: offline I don't think you need v16 at all, if you install v18.1. v18.1 was updated in order to be fully compatible with Win 7. There may be some projects with newer art, but I don't recall getting any new features. You can have both versions working on the same computer, but I think you have to install the new version in a different directory to avoid some v16 files getting overwritten with v18.1 files.
