Hello, new member here.

I have been using Print Shop since the Windows XP days (maybe earlier?). My latest version is 23.0.0 . It runs fine on
Windows 7. I am contemplating upgrading to Windows 10, since it will be a free upgrade. But, I am slightly hesitant due to
the fact that 23.0.0 does not work on that OS. But I see that Print Shop 4.0 will. But again am hesitant because of some of
'doubts' I see about importing the old projects and items created with 23.0.0 . I was hoping that someone who has done
what I have described would share their experience and what problems they encountered. Maybe this should be posted to
the 3.5 forum.......too.

thanks

You may want to see this post that was created: http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=50463

If your product has save as JPG, I would remove anything from a design you work with that is not going to be part of the project. Then export that project as a JPG. This image can be imported into Print Shop 4.0 and you can overlay additional graphics on top of the image you imported.

If you are upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, please see the post I made here: http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=50382

Even though I designed this to apply to version 3.5, the same should apply to any version you have installed on your computer. I would backup the folder you have your projects save on before upgrading. And as the post I made says, remove any old version from your computer before you upgrade to Windows 10 and then install the newer version.
