Clip art not appearing after 3.0.5 applied - 1/21/2013 6:34:21 PM    AussieKozzy   Posts: 8 Joined: 12/16/2012 Status: offline Hi there, One of my customers waqs having trouble with PM 2012 and we fixed it with the patch, however now he can't view the clip art. Any solutions for this? "When I install the 3.0.3 from the CD I can view clip art ok. When I install the upgrade 3.0.5 clip art is not accessible. The program searches for about 3-5 mins and then displays an error message that internet connection to the online server is not available. " Cheers, James Post #: 1

How does this program function ? I am not familiar with it. PrintShop 3.0 and PrintMaster 2012 have no similarities, so it is important that you post in the correct forum. Functionality solutions given for one program do not apply to the other. Not at all.
